Early access

DUSK//9 is free and in early access. It's unfinished, it can have bugs, and it can change or lose progress between updates. It's provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Your copy

You can install and play the game for personal use. The game, its art, music and code belong to Next Realm Interactive. Don't resell it, or reverse-engineer it to cheat or to disrupt other players.

The shared city

Don't harass other players or attack the servers. We can block access for anyone who does.
